We’re a Denver based small business, just opened in Oct. 2012.
A Husband & Wife (Richard & Nancy Hirano), along with their friend (Jim Darling) , created Creek Side Foods, LLC. 
Jim was diagnosed with Celiacs Disease in 2011.   It was really hard for him to find “good” Gluten Free food options.  Nancy began cooking for him and came up with some really great gluten-free recipes.  We picked two of our favorites to launch our business:  GF Triple Chocolate Brownie Bites, & GF Fruit & Nut Granola Bites.  We only use the best Natural & Organic ingredients, and are proud of both these offerings.  Nancy is a licensed food professional, a Denver Native, and has 12 years of professional cooking experience.   Richard has a background managing health food stores, dealing with organic and natural ingredients.  He enjoys outdoor and athletic activities, and sees a need for healthy and smart snack options.
Our vision is to provide fresh, delicious, healthy food to our customers.  We empathize with those who have Celiacs Disease.   Special requests are never a problem.  We will be expanding our product line & we always use the freshest ingredients available, to ensure the best taste.
Our food is prepared in a kitchen which is inspected & approved by FDA, & The City & County of Denver Department of Public Health.  The facility is dedicated gluten-free, shellfish-free, & peanut-free.
